Fractional Laser Skin Resurfacing is the answer to wrinkles, acne and surgical scars, melasma, striae, unwanted textural irregularities, crow’s feet, blotchy skin and more, on virtually any trouble spot on the body – face, neck, chest, arms, legs.

How Fractional Skin Resurfacing Works

Fractional skin resurfacing uses laser energy microbeams to create areas of affected tissue that extend through the epidermis into the dermis. These areas can be either “non-ablative” (the laser beams coagulate the affected tissue) or “ablative” (the laser beams vaporize the affected tissue).

Non-ablative procedures are minimal to no downtime procedures, while ablative procedures provide a single treatment option.  The body’s natural healing process creates new, healthy tissue to replace the areas of affected tissue, resulting in healthier, younger-looking skin.

Benefits for Patients:

Non-Ablative Skin Resurfacing Ablative Skin Resurfacing
  • Excellent outcomes with minimal treatment time
  • Minimal to no pain during procedure
  • Minimized redness or swelling
  • Less risk of scarring, infection or long-term pigmentation change versus CO2 resurfacing
  • Consistent long-term results
